On November 18, high school students partook in a panel discussion entitled “Let’s Talk About Freedom,” which dealt with independence in a broad, both contemporary and historical perspective. Under the guidance of history teachers, they discussed their understanding of patriotism, freedom, independence and sovereignty. The discussion, at times very heated, led to many interesting conclusions and hypotheses, but also gave rise to questions which the students asked each other and together sought answers to.
