All around the world, October 18th is celebrated as the World Fruit and Vegetable Day. This Day is a great opportunity to remind  their importance in our diet. Therefore, we conducted a short survey among our students, to learn about their fruit and vegetable preferences and to find out how often fruit and vegetables are present in their diets. It turns out that our students’ favourite vegetable is a carrot and the fruit which students like most – is an apple. Over 63% of respondents eat fruit or vegetables once a day or even more often! We hope that the pieces of fruit that Mrs Magdalena Czajkowska were distributing on that day encouraged our students to reach for them more often!
