On the 2nd of April, the Hans Christian Andersen’s birthday, our students have celebrated the International Children’s Book Day. Our Librarian conducted an online reading session of Rocio Bonilia’s novel, which became an inspiration for a photographic contest for our youngest students. The task of “The Highest Tower” contest was to capture oneself with a highest possible tower of books that they could build. We dearly invite you to admire the creativity of our students whose works you can find published down below.

On the occasion of the National Libraries Week class 1b of our primary school sent their thanks and warm wishes to our librarian, Mr. Korczykowski:

“We thank you for the radiant smile and joy, numerous contests and projects, meetings with authors, writers and artists, the help you never refuse to provide and most importantly for the certainty of always being very welcome at the school’s library. As a token of gratitude we send our works – poems, drawings and illustrations of books and libraries.’

Our library and the teaching staff would like to invite all of you to view photo gallery of our teacher’s book collections. Following the motto of this year’s National Libraries Week “feel the taste of reading”, we wish for the whole school community to form and discover exceptional literature tastes and hope you’re expanding your literary horizons.
